Bought my engagement ring from Nicole. She was amazing from the beginning of looking at it, she took her time and helped me out more than any other store I went to. Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. She was very professional, nice, and overall made the experience of spending a lot of money more enjoyable!!

Super rude to everyone in the mall- very stuck up. The people they have working here have nasty attitudes compared to any other jewelry store in the mall. Disgusting behavior whenever they go out shopping.

If I could give a zero star I would worst experience ever my ring spent more time in the shop than it did on my own hand last time I received it from being fixed for the 3rd or 4th time I had it for 2 days before it broke again and every time in the exact same spot never will I go back to Zales again I couldn't recommend them less if you want money well spent avoid this place at all cost

Where do I start? We purchased a dimamond and setting from ZALES for our 10 anniversary. Not only did we find the perfect ring, Yolanda at the Corpus Christi store shared her expertise with us. She is passionate about diamonds and making sure her customers are happy - I feel like we made a friend. I highly recommend contacting her if you are looking for the perfect diamond.

This location is absolutely amazing. Checking IDs all the time. Catching fraud when it’s trying to happen! I love love love this place and have always bought my jewelry here through all my important stages of life.
