I went in today to try to make a car payment & the " Manager" I didn't get her name gave me a hard time to make a payment, I ended up going to the Wells Fargo on Alameda st & they took care of me, some Managers go out of their way for a customer but she let me walk out I'll never go back to this Wells Fargo thank you for the people @ wells fargo on Alameda st

They close other locations on the weekend and have to drive across town to conduct business. Then they have minimum tellers working and then treat other customers better and let them move to the front of the line. We are not valued equally as customers. Bank somewhere else.

Have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and they get worst all the time take forever to solve a problem they should be able to fix really easy thinking on changing banks .

Walked in on a weekday afternoon where the bank was super slow and bank teller Devin was on her phone when I walked in & was still texting when I got up to the teller line. Super unprofessional!

Do not use this location, they’ll just waste your time.

This is the only bank I have been to where employees are not courteous. They seem to want to discourage customers to come into to their bank instead of making them feel welcomed.

As a consultant I understand that the only thing that separates you from your competitors is Service. I have had a Wells acct for more than 20 years. Today I walked in to open a business acct and there were no personal bankers to be seen, there was not a check in sheet so I sat and waited. I could hear ladies laughing from what I presume to be a break room. After the customer with the tellers left I was the only customer in the building. A lady came out and asked if I had an appointment I said no, she said I would have to make an appointment for next week. I explained that I was going out of town and asked since there were no customers in the lobby if someone could fit me in, she said no and walked away. I went to the tellers to withdrawn 30k to open a business acct with a competitor (which I did). The teller was nice but when she asked the supervisor to sign the cashiers check she asked all the wrong questions. Did she ask "Mr. Ramon why are you closing your account?" No she did not. Did she say Mr. Ramon can you tell me what the issue is so I can find a solution? No she did not. Instead she began to ask me about my funds, if I got a loan to open a business, not sure what the relevance was. The ladies continued to laugh in the back room, perhaps a birthday party or just business as usual on a Friday. All the appointments must have canceled. This branch is being ran like a sorority house. I would never allow any of my stores to treat customers in this manner. What a rude rude lady supervising your tellers and why are the personal bankers all in the break room.....sloppy

If I could 0 star wellsfargo I would. Bank doesn't open until 9am. ATM's on Weber, SPID, and Airline weren't working. I needed to deposit money before I got charged overdraft fees. Unfortunately because I have a sick child that I needed to take to the clinic I wasn't able to wait until 9. I called customer service and spoke to a representative then a manager and they didn't refund me because my husband had already spoken to them without me knowing.
