The pharmacy is so inefficient and rude. They are very slow and close ridiculously early despite being in such close proximity to the hospital. Thanks for leaving me with no pain meds after 4 blood transfusions 🥰🥰🥰

I had a prescription for my son on a Monday, I called 2 days im a Row was was told it would be here by Wednesday? Wednesday came around, called again and was told Friday, Friday came I called again and was told Monday. The fact that the pharmacy doesn’t do any type of Courtesy call or keep you updated ON TOP of the horrible and rude service from the employees is very inconvenient, we will stop using Walgreens all together due to the unprofessionalism and not caring for their customers.

I came twice today to drop off and pick up my prescription, and the person filling the prescription had a bad attitude and was rude both times! This is not what I expect from customer service.

The pharmacy is very slow. Takes about 10-15 minutes for each car in the drive-thru. Five cars in front of me. Been here since 7:10-ish and still waiting to be served. Line so long, some of us had to wait on the opposite side of the entrance to allow cars in/out of the parking lot.

Walked up at 10:57pm to use the ATM, lady at the door said they were closed. Wouldn't even let me use the ATM that has nothing to do with their transaction. Poor service. Do not go.

Stopped at Walgreens at 7pm with my 1 yr old because she had to use the restroom. There was a sign stating that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning. We waited until an employee came out of the bathroom and were told that the bathrooms would be closed for THE REST OF THE NIGHT! Meanwhile, the store closes at 11pm! Who closes the bathrooms that early and who denies a woman with a young child the bathroom?! Shame on y'all!
We went across the street to McDonald's and had excellent service!

I love Walgreens from there candy deals, laundry detergent deals, printing photos, and especially my soda deals! Oh and get you a walgreens member card it helps save money. With rising prices every little bit helps.

I came here for COVID testing. Scheduled an appt online, then came in and was told they don't have any tests. Would've been nice if they let me know ahead of time, before I went over there and stood in line at the pharmacy for 15 mins. The woman at the pharmacy counter told me they don't do the testing there anymore, but they don't know how to remove the option to schedule an appt from their website. I asked if it was only at this Walgreens, or if the other stores also don't have testing available, but she didn't know.
So if you're trying to schedule an appt online, for testing or immunizations, I would suggest calling ahead, to make sure it's available.

Hispanic lady that works the night shift does not want to do her job after 9:00 p.m. even though they're open until 10:00. The other Walgreens that I go through to after 9:00 p.m. do not mind helping me out this one lady however does not and this is the second maybe even third time she's done this to me. She represents Walgreens as a company and she's doing a terrible job at it
