This place sucks! I paid full price for an item and I returned it the very next day and it was brand new, I didn’t use it and I had my receipt. They told be they could only give me the return value which was $5 lower than what I paid! Oh and get this the manager told me she can give me $5 in rewards to spend there! Bad business! I will never buy anything at Walgreens and I’m even gonna switch pharmacy’s!

Very upset! Was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Pharmacy kept picking up the phone and placing on hold.

The pharmacist here are super unprofessional and immature. I got a call on two separate occasions that my prescription was ready and both times I arrived they made me wait half an hour longer. While I was at window waiting no one greeted me or said anything but continued to gossip to eachother about their schedules and were taking selfies. Even though this pharmacy is closest to my house I always fill it at a further location due to the incompetence of the staff. So disappointing.

Some of the most incompetent, unorganized, non-common sense wielding pharmacy techs and pharmacists probably in the entire state. This is where you go land a job when you barely squeeze by in school and no one else wants you in their pharmacy.
On the bright side if you’re an idiot and still managed to get your degree in a pharm, these guys will hire just about anyone.

I'm giving 3 since the store manager called me and was so amazing.
To the pharmacist that shoved a vase of flowers in my view and waved me off and then called my dr office on me.
I reported you to Corporate and you were 100% wrong about my script.
My Dr has authority to refill it.
You called their office to complain and maybe even get me in trouble, but they had spoken to both locations at different times.
Trying to make me look bad or unsavory to my dr, was an actual HIPAA violation.
Im aware that the whole encounter is on video, please do better..

Worst Pharmacy we've ever been too! Too many problems to list..always an excuse not to refill a script. From the long wait..to them not being able to fill script.. they are always out of what u need! Over 15 years dealing with this location. We finally give up!

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used! If it wasn’t the only one I can find that has my granddaughters medication, I would switch!!

This is a on going issue with this pharmacy. They send you millions of messages and phone calls that your meds are ready and every time you get to location to pick them up they tell you there not ready and you have to wait 15-30 minutes for them this is every time. Who do I need to speak to about this issue??? Cause if you call and ask for management they give you the pharmacist and they careless. And another issue when you call them they put you hold answer and not say anything and put you on hold again and then eventually hang up on you. RIDICULOUS

Been waiting on my prescriptions for over 24 hours now was told on 3 different occasions it was gonna be ready in 30 mins that I was gonna be put first well still haven’t gotten and they’re about to close switching pharmacies

Extremely poor customer service in pharmacy. And have people working by the computers that do not even know the software. Where it takes 3 people to figure out.
