I've always received my medication from Walgreens but after dealing with this location I'm switching to HEB. Every refill requires multiple trips to their location. They don't update your prescription status on their website and if you try and call they continuously transfer you back into the phone queue until there is no line. When they send refill requests to your dr. They never receive them. It takes me an addition 2 weeks to get almost every refill because they don't have it, didn't order it, didn't update me, didn't update the dr. Go somewhere else.

This Walgreens is unreal. When a package is delivered to them from Fed Ex they some how manage to lose the package and don’t even care that they lost it. A bunch a dum people that work there.

I really can not say enough about this pharmacy and its staff.Every time we've visited or called, they have been kind and knowledgeable. My husband is elderly and disabled and he feels at ease with this PARTICULAR pharmacy.I'm not sure which staff member he spoke to that told him about the free delivery near Thanksgiving, but that was AMAZING!He was so excited about it, and I was super proud he was able to speak with the staff himself and set it up alone, unbeknownst to me!Top notch service as far as we're concerned!

i normally never come to this location due to where it is located, just to top it off worker in the front must be upset or unhappy with due to the attitude and demeanor she held. I placed a order for pickup and went it store to look at items and see if the pickup order was ready and she stated nothing yet so I proceed to look at other items and then the old lady Lisa says to her manager if she is able to fulfill the order and the manager states Yes. She comes up to me and states there’s nothing on file “you can just cancel it” & of course I’m not. I go and wait in the car then get a notification the order was cancelled, I called to get the employee’s name and requested to speak to a manager as soon as I did the “manager” was unavailable until I stated I was filing a complaint on a employee he came to the phone in .5 seconds, then when asking for her name she is talking in the background. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Walked in 10 minutes to close. As soon as I walk in an employee tells me they close in 5 mins, and shortly after makes an announcement. I get it ! I end up getting to the register 2 mins before they close and tell the cashier I need a case unlocked, she turns to another employee that is locking the doors and that employee said well the keys are already in the office since we are closed. Ummm no I showed that employee my cell that clearly said 2 minutes until closing time. Other employee had his keys to open case. I just hate this experience. If these employee don’t like working at Walgreens, no problem! Everyone is hiring these days, apply somewhere you will enjoy.

I highly recommend that you do not use this Walgreens. They do not know what they are doing with regard to United Health Care U Card benefits at all. Items are marked as “Approved” when some are not with many inconsistencies. They have voided whole orders on my card twice recently because they couldn’t figure out the mislabeled items and depleted my $150 card balance and almost a week has gone by and the money has disappeared. I have spent literally hours on my phone trying to get my benefits back. Not easy to take when you NEED OTC medications (for pain). The so-called Walgreens managers are quick to give you the brush off and the entire store is closed frequently.

I wish I could give zero stars.I dropped three prescription and was told to go back at 230. I went back and was only give two prescriptions. When I asked a where my third prescription was. I was told they do not have Covid medication. Shouldn’t that have been mentioned? Isn’t that important? The pharmacist said I could not have the scripts back because they filled /two out of the three scripts. If the Walgreens pharmacist would answer there phones or even called me to tell me they didn’t have the medication. That would save me the headache. What she did tell me is that I need to find a pharmacy that has the medication and have that pharmacy call Walgreens to transfer the prescriptions . A simple call would of been nice.

They wouldn't sell me an energy drink without an ID. Im 33, fully bearded man.... Lady at the register grabbed it off the counter as if to keep it from me... and was disappointed when I actually had my ID on me. Like she wanted to see me walk out disappointed without it.
