“As a walk in clinic there is usually a long wait but you can sign in and do errands until they call you back for your visit. The ladies are super nice & the Drs are amazing. I only take my pets here.”
“Awhile back, back on October 5 I had called the office to see if I could possibly bring my dog in because she wasn't doing well... The receptionist said they were booked until Monday... I was upset and so I hung up... I called around but no vet answered or about the same... On October 6 my Anya passed away in my arms... I was so upset that I posted a review that wasn't nice... Then, today in church, I realized it wasn't the receptionist's fault, the vets fault or my fault... It was her time to go.. and I guess I wanted to blame someone, anyone back then... Which was very selfish of me... So I apologize to this veterinarian clinic... You always treated my dogs with great care in the past... I have Junior left now and he is my focus.. once again my apologies... And I hope this doesn't affect my future with y'all, if it does I understand..”

“Staff was super helpful! Mentioned my dog got skunked & receptionist wrote down a simple cure to the next time. Dr Crucia was super nice and patient. Ran some tests and solved a bunch of birds w/one stone that the other vat never even thought about. Never seen our dog so at ease, even let Dr. C cut his nails w/o being knocked out. He even gave his cell phone if we got confused on how much to feed our dog! We finally found our Vet!”

“The veterinarians are really good people and so caring...they always remember me and my dogs. One of my dogs had an issue they were working with me on and kept trying until she finally got better. Dr Garett is the BEST!!!! Dr P and Dr Brooks are also really good too! The majority of staff are great. I've only had 1 small issue with a front desk person over the many years we've gone here.”

“Brought our 11 year old dachshund with us to padre island and ended up getting pancreatitis. I called first thing Friday morning and they were able to get us in right away and got our dog fixed up while we visit the island. They were incredibly kind and compassionate. “Wonder caring staff. Seen immediate on a Saturday morning all in. Everyone there was attentive and dr was very informative. The clinic was unable to perform lab work or X-rays on Saturday but provided a convenient drop off time on Monday.”

“Best experience I’ve had with a Banfield hospital. I’ve moved around a lot so I have experience hospitals in San Antonio, a couple in Austin and Corpus. They were super helpful when it came to setting up my dog’s appointment and when we had to reschedule the appointment.”
“We have used them as our primary veterinarian for two years. They have a boarding side as well and the staff and atmosphere are friendly and knowledgeable. VCA Oso was our go-to but they're very expensive and staff/vets are sometimes a little "cold" feeling. I've had nothing but positive things to say about our "New" Vet!”

“Im 1000 miles away from home and my dog got sick. This facility is open 24/7, had a very nice staff, and beautiful building. Sam was properly diagnosed and we were fairly charged. Im grateful for this company.”
“I felt a need to give Dr. Belcher animal hospital and his staff a special shout out. They were very professional and welcoming. Helped my two dogs with their health care needs, their prices were very low compared to the other animal hospitals. Very thorough with the long-term care, costs and future appointments . “They were professional and handled my pup with great care. My only complaint is that the initial nurse, I did not get her name, was intimidated by my pup and sent someone else to assist after telling me she would be right back.
This can be both a pro and con dependent on how you view the situation. Perhaps she was just not the right person to assist us, but given her profession in other situations she may have to overcome her own fears.
The next nurse that came in was amazing, still I did not get a name. The clinic itself is nice and clean.
I cannot give feedback to the vet on site because I never met them.”
“They were very professional and seemed to handle my cat with care. My cat recovered perfectly and had no problems with healing and everything. The cone was a little bit difficult to put on him but that was my error not theirs obviously. I've already referred a couple people to them.”

“Our smallest dog woke up Saturday 9-7-24 with bloody diarrhea. We quickly came to VCA Oso for help and they were amazing. Quickly confirmed what I suspected gave me a treatment plan and hospitalized our 8lb dog. Treatment was a great success. They kept me updated and spoiled our little guy. Scheduled a one week follow up to confirm all was well. We always use VCAoso for all emergencies.”
