The person who helped me both times I was in the store was rude and not helpful. We switched carriers and went to the AT&T store. What a difference. The employees were friendly and very helpful. The store itself was inviting unlike the Verizon store.

Store manager aaron was extremely rude and unhelpful . we went in looking to have some questions answered and even willing to upgrade my phone and make business with them however he was fighting with us for asking questions and even raised his voice at my sister for asking questions about the bill . we went in not being rude and he was . so we will never go back to this store and i’m going to cut service with verizon this is sad that verizon is losing service because of there “ store manager “

Store manager Aaron is very rude . Very little help when needed . Verizon needs the store manager to have a refresher course on customer service , to stop being on their phone with a customer watching videos , and a positive attitude. It’s very unprofessional and bad for company.
