Came in for assistance with switching service/phone number from one phone to my upgrade phone. After about a week and half of extreme disappointment online/phone with Verizon support I came in to get the advice and assistance of a store employee. Instead of helping, I sat in the chair and helped myself. Katie (did look up my # and have it ring to phone). She was extremely un eager to answer questions or to assist and offer extra information when I asked her about turning in my old phone. She said I needed to go ahead and send it in. Turns out she was incorrect and I was supposed to turn it into that location. Which is very, very inconvenient because I live in Portland, Texas, she didn’t try to sell me any phone cases when I asked her about them she just kind of lackadaisically pointed in the direction of cases. Her and her friend had a great conversation about the speakers that they were purchasing and I really feel like Verizon needs some folks that know exactly what they’re doing. Customer service is lacking overall understanding of how the phones work and what to do in certain situations is lacking. On the upside, I was able to help myself and get my phone working after too long weeks of Verizon support over the phone and chatSupport.

Went to upgrade phone and guy said he was going in back to get new phone, never returned, about 15 minutes later a girl went to check on him and she didn’t return, after another 15 minutes I left , manager came to door and tried to wave me back in , I will never use this store again

Abraham the manager was super helpful. I had been trying to mail a trade in for a month. Dealing with online customer service got me nowhere. He was able to help me get everything I needed and was friendly and professional the whole time. I really appreciated the help..

Sales managers that work at this particular Verizon Wireless Network store are very helpful, and have a fairly high degree of technical expertise on the latest available selection of smart phones, ( whether Apple - based or Android- based handsets !!!...)

My phone was broken during a traffic accident, so I went into this store to buy a new phone and hopefully transfer data. I wasn't able to transfer data bc "they weren't able to see my screen." I also couldn't get the screen fixed bc I didn't have insurance on the phone. It's completely understandable.They suggested I have it fixed by "ubreakifix" in order to transfer data, but maybe first try calling Samsung or geek squad to ask if they can transfer data w/o fixing the screen.I was greeted when I walked in and was told they'd be with me asap. I was seen soon after. The associate was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!I had issues with the speaker making a "cracking" noise. The day after purchase, I called customer service, and they said I could return the phone via mail. I asked if I could go in and switch it out. They said I could. So that's what I did.The second time I went in, I was treated the same. The different associate and manager were also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After testing the speaker, my phone was switched out.I had a wonderful experience.FYI. I called Samsung, and they were able to help me back up from the Verizon and Google cloud, up to 90 days prior.I'll be calling "ubreakifix" today to see how much the fix will be.

Rude Blind Mute staff! They act like they don't see you. No welcome. They will walk right by you as if they don't see you. Delusional grand attitude. As if you have to deal with their disgusting attitude and behavior. We are customers. Not homeless asking for change. When customers walk in they should feel welcomed. Not completely ignored. By far the worst customer experience ever at a cell phone store.

the women that helped me made me feel like it was annoying that I walked asking questions. she struggled with basic math to tell me what my bill was to switch so I decided not to.

customer service is super poor. they act like they hate their lives. one of the guys told us we could order a phone and it would come 2 days later. we come back the next day to order the phone and another guy tells us that if we order the phone it’ll arrive like in a month. like what?? okay. everyone was just awful
