These idiots now lock the lobby at 6pm on weekdays. I used to be able to access my lockbox way later !! Then these jokers take away the mailbox to drop off mail!!! You are the post office!!!! Where am I supposed to go now. I'm canceling my box soon. This is a Joke!!!! If management made this decision, they must be incompetent people !!! Hire better management.

EVERY time I come in here they always tell me what they CAN’T DO. How many different formats of shipping labels are there to where you didn’t even know what mine looked like before you said no? Both the woman and the man in there need to learn customer service. RUDE. Find another job where you’re alone because you 2 shouldn’t be treating CUSTOMERS like that.

Post office sucks. For 1 thing. They never answer their phone. I did a change of address, and they were supposed to forward my mail to my new address. Never did. The new tenants got all of my personal information. Their 800 number is useless. Told them I couldn't reach my post office and they said they couldn't help me. I live in Paulding, Ohio. Lately, whenever I mail something to my sister in Corpus Christi, it seems she doesn't get it, at times it comes back to me after a few weeks. I have her address correct, at times just put her initials plus last name, correct address. I know she gets 'junk mail' with less information. I have sent gift cards and checks to her. She is a widow and her late husband is retired military. Is this the way the post office treats people. YOU SHOULD BE FINED and put on probation

Walked in 10 minutes before closing and the guy says “if you can hurry up and write it we close in 10 mins”. Wrote down the shipping address then tells me he can’t help me out to come back tmr because they are closed already. Unbelievable!!! I get you close at 5:30 but help the customers out that come in before closing! That’s the least y'all can do.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. They staff is ridiculously unhelpful and they have almost no information and or normal shipping supplies to help you. If you can go somewhere else, I’d advise you to do so.

You sped 30 minutes on hold wit the 800# and then they give you the actual numbers to the station one is disconnected the other rings for awhile then cuts you off. Then they wonder why USPS is going bankrupt. Maybe it’s because of the customer service. You think ?

The woman with no facial expressions, needs to be kind. Her job requires her to check in package I'm assuming. Don't be rude when I work hard also and just want proof of bringing in a package to your facility. As an employee of any establishment, I own it and take pride. Have some common courtesy please.

Shout Out to Gladys Carrington(sp?) at this location. I'm a very light Ebay seller and had been informed 3 days after getting OK to send that the buyer had been canceled and all transactions deleted (who knew they could do that?). I submitted and "Intercept" request on a Sat morning and called the destination PO to be sure. Gladys answered and was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and reassuring. The package has been returned to me.
