I have had numerous experiences with this location and the staff, they have always been very helpful, professional and courteous. Had some issues today that Anna took care of immediately! Kudos to this team!

Vicky when above and beyond! I was going to start this review off with a one-star review on Ups. But after the rep at the customer service line once I got a hold of a person. I will give them this much their automated system does suck. But once you get to a person I was impressed. I wish I knew the rat's name on the customer service side he was amazing. He did follow through and the dispatch office here in Corpus Christi did get the message and called me. Once I got a hold of Vicky though she was awesome. She answered the phone I didn't even have my tracking number ready. I just told her the situation and she knew right off the bat who I was and what was going on. That is the best customer service I have received in a long time. Especially from a delivery service. I know you guys go through hell every day with the millions of packages that you ship. And to be able to give someone such personalized service really has changed my view on ups. Thank you I cannot express enough how much I appreciate getting this particular package. They also managed to do all of this at 8:15 p.m. they close at 7:00 p.m. just to let you know how amazing that is to me. Thank you thank you thank you!

Package was Thrown over my fence not delivered to front door.??????I have video where he just threw over the fence NO care if damage which a box was crashed.???????? I would like a delivery at my front door cause it is not Cheap to get Delivered.

Help me understand what is going on,
I have ordered a new PC due to my other one dieing out on me. I ordered a 2k pc (not braging but showing it is an expensive product) with By Friday shipping. Friday comes around it has out for delivery and needs a signature I take off of work early to sign for this package wait the whole day nothing. I called them twice both times promising I’m going to get it that day. Never happens weekend rolls around not to mention I make my second income off of my computer now at this time I’m 5 days out on that. Monday comes around Out for Delivery again. The day goes by finally shows me the tracking of the truck right next to my house my father in law is there to sign for me at this point so I let him know, the truck tracker says it’s outside of our house. He walks out there ask the driver about the package and he says he has nothing! So I call them apparently they put it in the wrong truck. So I ask them again am I going to get my package that day, and they say Yes and the same thing they have always been telling me. Once again nothing shows up, now today is a new day and really really hoping to get it today (not broken with the mid handling they have done.)

They are always unfriendly and not helpful at all. And I have been there multiple times they also do not open in till 2.00 pm

Horrible service. I work at an apartment complex. I need items delivered to my work location. But that's too much for them to do. So I have to drive 25 minutes one way to pick up an order that was supposed to be delivered.

I came to this office desperately in search of help tracking and coordinating my in-person pick up of a package I missed during delivery (it arrived a day earlier than expected), after the UPS site and all of the phone numbers provided led me to either a robot, a malfunctioning site app, or a remote customer service rep who offered absolutely no help.I was immediately greeted by a friendly individual who listened to my concerns, and took the time to call the very driver who attempted earlier delivery of my package; together, they coordinated my meeting with the driver to sign for and retrieve my package, only minutes away from my home!Thanks to their exceptional customer service; my birthday gift to husband arrived on time, ahead of the holiday.While I unfortunately did not catch the name of the gentleman who helped me at the customer service center around 4:45-5:00 PM 1/12/24', I did get the name of my delivery driver, "Hector". UPS Corporate/UPS Corpus Christi, as you read this review, please give these two individuals a raise, they are amazing and went above and beyond!~Dr. Jaime Ann McQueen

So helpful. She taped the package for return. She found the second address as the original address was a PO Box. Happy sender. When I left I had the info to track the package.
