“I took my car to TC Auto Service because I originally thought I was leaking transmission fluid when in fact it was the oil. But while there they found a ton of other issues that were going on with my car that needed addressing. And when I thought it was all taken care of, during the test drive to make sure all the repairs solved my issues, my car literally died on them and they were able to diagnose that problem as well!! While it was a lot more money than I wanted to spend on a 16.5 year old Honda Odyssey, I have the piece of mind that it will last me a few more years now! “I've had routine maintenance and minor repairs on all of my vehicles here, and they've always been great. One of my work trucks was in need of a new transmission, so I called around, and even other shops said Greatstate would be the best option because I wanted a fully built badass towing machine.So far, it has been absolutely amazing! 100× better than the sorry excuse of a transmission it had prior. Jim Anders has been extremely helpful the entire time. I had a whole list of questions and requests. He walked me through the different options and pricing for them.”

“I've gone to this shop twice for large repairs to my Honda, and each visit has been no-muss-no-fuss, drop the car off in the morning and it's done by the end of the day, all repairs at a reasonable price. But my latest visit is the one that compels me to praise them here. My Honda's gear shifter would sometimes be locked in Park and my brake lights worked intermittently. All signs pointed to a bad brake light switch, supposedly an easy DIY job. I bought a new switch but simply couldn't complete the job myself -- the part's location under the dash above the brake pedal was just too inaccessible. I brought it to Bob's and they switched out the part in about 10 minutes and charged me less than the cost of a 12-pack of beer. Maybe this is the type of courtesy that two big repair jobs a few months apart buys you. But you can certainly count on them to treat you with courtesy and respect no matter the size of the job.”

“Let me just say FRANK was so incredibly patient and kind. I had just gotten off my 3rd 12 hr shift at the hospital and I went to autozone after getting my battery checked due to being jumped after it died. I was given the news it was good. HOWEVER when the oil change was done my car DIED again on his bay. He was so nice about it, we talked until my dad came to jump it again and recommended we go to oreilys where in fact I did have to change it bc it was dead I am so blessed to meet a man who was so calm and friendly about the whole situation. The oil change itself was super easy, quick and easy because I got to stay in the car. So grateful for him. Def would recommend it.”

I brought my truck in for a warranty repair and the mechanic saw the truck immediately and gave me a diagnosis. Richard made the car rental process easy by providing a ride to the rental place and picked me up after I dropped the car off.They called me with updates and had the truck back to me within two days…. As promised. When I went to pick the truck up, I left a bag at the shop. They called me before I got home and said they would hold it for me. The shop is normally closed on the weekend, but one of the mechanics said he would open the shop Saturday so I could pick my bag up…. “BEST Cat dealer I've used thus far! Been a full time captain for 20 years, so I've dealt with many of these places. I went in to pick up parts I had ordered. Some parts were not there, so I hung around little over 2 hours while they reviewed and looked for the missing parts. Alvin Thomas, Parts Manager, took over my order, and to make a long story short, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the parts to operate the vessel the next day. He absorbed some cost for parts and offered to overnight air freight them to my dock. All while being super polite, explaining the issues in detail . I couldn't have ask for better service. Thank you Alvin and team at Holt.Almen Castillo, a technician, was also extremely helpful and genuinely curious and caring about my issue. He even gave me a cell to call him anytime . I had given up and didn’t ask them to fix either. All for the price of the diagnostic fee plus tax. CB will be my car repair place from now on. The vehicle is a 2010 Town car with 249,000 mi.
