“I brought a car to them from AutoNation. I was interested in buying. They did a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. They gave me a ride to Moore Plaza so I didn’t have to wait in their lobby. 3 1/2 hours later, they came and picked me up. They went over a detailed report with me. They took pictures and explained everything they found both good and bad. The master tech said he saw no reason not to purchase the vehicle. This took all the guest work out of the process for me and gave me peace of mind. It was well worth the money. I will never buy another car without getting a pre-purchase inspection from them first. If my car ever breaks and I can’t fix it myself, I will know where to take it now. I was very impressed with their professional and courteous service.”

“To all my other girls out there- They are so honest and give fair prices. Moving down here for college I was scared to have anyone but my dad look at my car (I drove a hunk of junk that always needed something fixed) these guys really made me feel comfortable and they explained everything to me, broke down prices of parts a labor, compared different part deals and helped me make informed decisions on things. “BEST Cat dealer I've used thus far! Been a full time captain for 20 years, so I've dealt with many of these places. I went in to pick up parts I had ordered. Some parts were not there, so I hung around little over 2 hours while they reviewed and looked for the missing parts. Alvin Thomas, Parts Manager, took over my order, and to make a long story short, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the parts to operate the vessel the next day. He absorbed some cost for parts and offered to overnight air freight them to my dock. All while being super polite, explaining the issues in detail . I couldn't have ask for better service. Thank you Alvin and team at Holt.Almen Castillo, a technician, was also extremely helpful and genuinely curious and caring about my issue. He even gave me a cell to call him anytime . “My truck was having issues shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. Discussed with them what timeframe and projected price might be for a rebuilt transmission. Issue was solved by replacing a speed sensor that came out to much less than what I was preparing for when you're talking transmission work.
Work was completed in a very timely manner with great communication along the way.”
“Had a great experience and was extremely satisfied and grateful for the work they did on my Ford F150. The day i dropped it off i had just picked it up from another business that never called me, was told one thing when i showed up to find out about my truck, then told another thing the second time i showed up after being told another thing. I was frustrated and just wanted to be informed on status of my vehicle but that shop failed. The moment i dropped off my truck at Pro Drive the lady at the counter greeted me explained the inspection and got my information. The lady informed me they were a little busy and it may take a day before they get me a diagnoses and they would call me as soon as they got it diagnosed. To my surprise they had a diagnoses later that day, when i was able to call them back they explained my diagnoses and recommended another service to be done and i was very happy with the call and i approved the work. With less then a week of having my truck they called and informed me my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. The other shop said part needed for repair was no were to be found nation wide, that's another story. I highly recommend Pro Drive and they earned my business and if i ever need service i the future i with now have confidence in knowing Pro Drive can keep me informed and accomplish the job. FIVE STARS, 10 OUT OF 10!”
