“Had a great experience and was extremely satisfied and grateful for the work they did on my Ford F150. The day i dropped it off i had just picked it up from another business that never called me, was told one thing when i showed up to find out about my truck, then told another thing the second time i showed up after being told another thing. I was frustrated and just wanted to be informed on status of my vehicle but that shop failed. The moment i dropped off my truck at Pro Drive the lady at the counter greeted me explained the inspection and got my information. The lady informed me they were a little busy and it may take a day before they get me a diagnoses and they would call me as soon as they got it diagnosed. To my surprise they had a diagnoses later that day, when i was able to call them back they explained my diagnoses and recommended another service to be done and i was very happy with the call and i approved the work. With less then a week of having my truck they called and informed me my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. The other shop said part needed for repair was no were to be found nation wide, that's another story. I highly recommend Pro Drive and they earned my business and if i ever need service i the future i with now have confidence in knowing Pro Drive can keep me informed and accomplish the job. “They are normally quick to get the job done. They can get very busy and can take an hour or more. They do give a military discount which helps. I have had one major issue in the past when paint was peeled off. Mgr said they would take care of it. They never did because the owner over road the mgr. Did not go back for a long time. Seems better now. Check your vehicle very closely before you leave.”

“We Took our car in Friday after our A/C went out on our trip. We were greeted by a nice gentleman named Ryan very professional and helpful. He told us he could get it in right away and he did, the car was back in the bay getting looked at 5 minutes after got there, 20 minutes later Ryan called us to the counter and explained the problem and showed us pictures of the build up in the dash.
