“I took my car to TC Auto Service because I originally thought I was leaking transmission fluid when in fact it was the oil. But while there they found a ton of other issues that were going on with my car that needed addressing. And when I thought it was all taken care of, during the test drive to make sure all the repairs solved my issues, my car literally died on them and they were able to diagnose that problem as well!! While it was a lot more money than I wanted to spend on a 16.5 year old Honda Odyssey, I have the piece of mind that it will last me a few more years now! “I've had routine maintenance and minor repairs on all of my vehicles here, and they've always been great. One of my work trucks was in need of a new transmission, so I called around, and even other shops said Greatstate would be the best option because I wanted a fully built badass towing machine.So far, it has been absolutely amazing! 100× better than the sorry excuse of a transmission it had prior. Jim Anders has been extremely helpful the entire time. I had a whole list of questions and requests. He walked me through the different options and pricing for them.”
“I've gone to this shop twice for large repairs to my Honda, and each visit has been no-muss-no-fuss, drop the car off in the morning and it's done by the end of the day, all repairs at a reasonable price. But my latest visit is the one that compels me to praise them here. My Honda's gear shifter would sometimes be locked in Park and my brake lights worked intermittently. All signs pointed to a bad brake light switch, supposedly an easy DIY job. I bought a new switch but simply couldn't complete the job myself -- the part's location under the dash above the brake pedal was just too inaccessible. I brought it to Bob's and they switched out the part in about 10 minutes and charged me less than the cost of a 12-pack of beer. Maybe this is the type of courtesy that two big repair jobs a few months apart buys you. But you can certainly count on them to treat you with courtesy and respect no matter the size of the job.”

Corey located the issue immediately, and Edward kept us up-to-date and facilitate the parts as needed. I brought my truck in for a warranty repair and the mechanic saw the truck immediately and gave me a diagnosis. Richard made the car rental process easy by providing a ride to the rental place and picked me up after I dropped the car off.They called me with updates and had the truck back to me within two days…. As promised. When I went to pick the truck up, I left a bag at the shop. They called me before I got home and said they would hold it for me. The shop is normally closed on the weekend, but one of the mechanics said he would open the shop Saturday so I could pick my bag up…. “They are normally quick to get the job done. They can get very busy and can take an hour or more. They do give a military discount which helps. I have had one major issue in the past when paint was peeled off. Mgr said they would take care of it. They never did because the owner over road the mgr. Did not go back for a long time. Seems better now. Check your vehicle very closely before you leave.”

“We Took our car in Friday after our A/C went out on our trip. We were greeted by a nice gentleman named Ryan very professional and helpful. He told us he could get it in right away and he did, the car was back in the bay getting looked at 5 minutes after got there, 20 minutes later Ryan called us to the counter and explained the problem and showed us pictures of the build up in the dash.
