Young man named Dillon helped educate me on electric fencing,which I had no clue where to start. He did an excellent job,helping me select the correct supplies as well as how to install the system. He also mentioned before I left that if I ran into problems just give him a call. With this type of customer care Dillon has a bright future.

Feels good to walk around and shop. But on the delivery side of things it's always a guaranteed 20 minutes wait, half of that is finding someone motivated to help the delivery department if you know what I mean . I understand things happen but it's all the time, and why does the system have be so complicated. The Item is purchased and ready to go for the delivery driver let's go what's the hold upavoid this place for roadie

We bought cat litter and when we drove to the back of the store, we could'nt find our cat litter, or guy. The prices have been going up rapidly and we are starting to look elsewhere!

First, their delivery charges are OUTRAGEOUS. you pay about double what you're buying. But the reason I'm leaving this review today is over the 4 baby chicks we just bought. One seemed very tired from the beginning and died less than a week later so I called to see if we could replace her. They only allow replacements within 24 hours. Ok, stupid, but fine. So i asked if i could just buy ONE to replace her. NOPE. you HAVE to buy 4. Well the city limit is 7, and i already have 5. So how does that work? Anyway, it really bothers me when businesses refuse to make logical exceptions. They can. They just WON'T.

We experienced horrible customer service at this store and not sure if we'll return. We found some tarps that were in a clearance bin and when we got to the counter they rang up a different price. I told the cashier that they should be on clearance. She scanned it again and said they weren't. She called the manager who didn't bother to come to the counter to discuss the issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, the cashier Hilaria rudely said that it would be awhile because she was busy.

2 Xs we have come here for propane, and struck out. ??? Never have this happen at any other Tractor Supply. ??? Vary sad. Long drive for nothing.

I really like that store. Couldn't find what we were looking for, turns out we were in the wrong part of the store. We asked an employee for the flea and tick spray, turns out it was in the garden section...
