I will start by saying that I purchased a 2020 Tundra here in November of 2019. Everything went very well with the sale. No BS over pricing, the salesman was accommodating and everything was very transparent (IMHO). Compared to the "other" Toyota dealer, the staff at Mike Shaw was awesome.
