I paid top dollar for a brake job on our forklift and when they drop it off it is leaking where it has never leaked before. I spoke to the Manager just to be told "There is a zero chance that we are responsible!" We have a parking spot for our forklift and we know for a FACT that this was NOT a pre-existing condition of our equipment. Very poor customer service from the Manager, they could have handled this much better.
