The store has definitely changed. I was told the previous owner was very rude, but I have not encountered any rude staff during my visits.

Whenever I come in the associates are nothing but nice, they answer any questions I have if I'm unsure of their products on hand and they are always nice to my friends and I. I've been coming here for months and have never had a problem.
