I took a box of shoes, skirts, blouses & dresses. I should have known better than to return to that store because my past dealings were not good. They bought only two skirts for $18. When I went to pick up the items they weren’t interested I asked the “young” girl why the others weren’t accepted she said they buy items that they think will sell. Well the items I took them were recently purchased from Dillard’s, New York & Company, Anthropology & similar boutiques AND didn’t even compare to the junk they had in the store. I shopped around the star & witnessed nothing but junk in that store. I will for sure never step foot in that store again.

IF YOURE SELLING PUT YOUR BEST STUFF ON TOP. Went in with a huge tote bag of clothes only for them to take Items from the top. Everything was neatly folded in the bag and when I checked what was left in my bag only the top half of the clothes was touched the bottom half was still folded how I put it in. Girl at counter said it would take an hour for them to check everything and she’d call me when they were done. After waiting 3 hours I called to see if my stuff was done being looked at and the girl on the phone said it’s been done for a while and it’s just been sitting there. The things I took in were about the same if not better than what they are selling in store and bought within the past year but my items were “out of style”. Took the remainder of my stuff to Plato’s and they took the majority of what Threads didn’t seem to be good enough.

Don't bother. I don't believe they examine the clothing you take it I took bags and bags of clothing with prices tags still on it A few minutes later , they said they were examining it Impossible

Used to be awesome. Now not so much. Couple reasons. They no longer buy a lot of my clothing and not sure why. It’s crazy cause I take it to Plato’s after I get the deny from Threads and I get $$$ from Plato’s versus Threads. Also not to much items that stick out for me to buy. Any who still love y’all and hope it’s stay cool n enough to keep me coming back.

Called about accepting suits was told yes so when I arrived I was informed they do not since its formal wear. As I was walking out I observed a beautiful dress that can pass as formal wear.

This is a well-maintained and merchandised resale shop with good quality clothing and shoes. Some of the shoes are featured above the clothing, but they do have a separate section as well. The prices here may not be full retail, but they appear to be twice what Goodwill prices are. However, I would say the quality of the items here are better than much of what you would find at a Goodwill. They have six spacious dressing rooms to try things on and a uni-sex bathroom. If you have some good quality clothing that you wish to part with, they will purchase it from you. Definitely a ladies store.
