Was issued a temporary debit card which had all my funds. I not only wasn't able to withdraw money, but on several occasions I wasn't able to purchase my meal. I wasn't able to even purchase a simple coke from the vending machine. The Dr. I work for had to complete my transaction. It was so humiliating. So then I finally got my permanent card. Thought all my problems were over. NOPE!! Went to the back and tried to withdraw some funds and NOTHING! Here's the part I love the best. There is a team equipped to answer all your calls 24/7. As long as you do not, I repeat DO NOT have access to your funds. That is the Lost/Stolen card service. However there is NO 24/7 hotline when you are able to receive your fund, have a temporary card, have been issued a permanent card, and have the correct pin to your card. I highly recommend anyone who doesn't have time to deal with such stress to RUN.

Been with this CU for over 25 yrs. Never had no problems getting loans, financing vehicles.The staff is very professional and know where to send you for all your banking needs.

When your setting up an account Katie Dominguez will make you feel great however when your trying to close an account she is the worst human being on earth. We were told multiple times after my husbands father passed that the account was frozen and when we asked why funds were still being withdrawn by the bank to themselves her answer was "Because we can!" and she just hangs up on you. We just wanted one question answered and if you question what they are doing and ask for a manager they denie there is a manager or another banker or someone higher than them. I had to call another branch to find out who to talk to without getting hung up on. After they hung up three time for just asking a question in a normal manner I finally said to them "If you hang up on me one more time I will put this all over social media" The attendant who answered that time finally said "ok ok I will get you a name" and she gave me the voice mail to the VP which I am waiting to hear back on. So if you have a loved one that has passed and has an account with them expect them to drain the account and then not give you answers as to why even if you are the beneficiary to that account.
