I received heartfelt customer service today from Ms. Patrice. She greeted me, asked how I was doing today, offered to help me to my car with my purchase, etc. She did this all with such genuine kindness. She bagged my groceries and the checkout next to mines as well. She has a natural hostess heart. 5 stars to this young woman and whoever trained her! She is outstanding

Whenever I am at this location they never have enough open lanes available and I have to wait forever in line. I wish HEB cared more about customers and would have adequate check out lanes available.

This is a very good to shop The scan your self is horrible cause you move bag to put in buggy to make more room it sends to have worker come over there store is pretty much stocked with everything you need. Sometimes you can find workers for help but most of the time it's like they all vanished none of the H-E-B's carry my husband's hot sauce anymore. Dave's insanity sauce, which is disappointing. I always shop at H-E-B.

If you come here, you mght catch HEB-atitis. But it's worth it. For some of the great "grocerying" that you can do here. We go to Corpus when we can because it's so beautiful down here. Gorgeous and lush and sexy, but the food options aren't great, so often we end up buying our own stuff and making it at the hotel, or getting grocery store food to eat, and this is one of the HEBs that is close to where her family lives. It's not a bad store and I'm sure we'll use it more in future, even though I think the Houston ones have a better selection.

Everything was well organized in the store, quick and easy to find what I was looking for. Plentybof workers present in event I was in need of assistance I could easily find someone.

H.E.B is the best in selection and fresh produce. Prices are much lower than WALMART!!
