a month ago i ordered vanilla ice cream and root beer for floats through doordash. i received cookies and cream. so no floats were made lol. i try again tonight, before the dasher leaves the store i notice he took a picture of the delivery and the bag says “cookies and cream” on it when my doordash receipt clearly says vanilla. the dasher shows them my proof of purchasing vanilla and the store refuses to ensure i get the flavor i ordered because they insist i really didn’t order vanilla. they kept telling the dasher that cookies and cream is what i ordered so they can’t change it, despite my receipts. it clearly says “homemade vanilla” WITH a picture of the vanilla ice cream. now i don’t know why their system is showing orders as cookies and cream when customers are ordering vanilla, but to deny what is paid for and wasting me and the dasher’s time is extremely annoying. the store doesn’t even answer the phone so you can inform them of the doordash error. i almost wasn’t even fully refunded for this delivery and the dasher was almost not paid for his time and gas. really irritating experience. i had a horrible day of bad luck and this was supposed to cheer me up and now i have nothing.

The parking lot was clean. Gas was easy to pump. Could be better lit.

At 9:00 a.m., they were out of some tacos and were already making lunch items. I will not be eating lunch there after it was sitting under heat lamps for 3-4 hours when people normally eat lunch.

Went for tacos at 430am. I was the only one in the store and I waited over 5 minutes for clerk to come take my order, placed my order and asked for salsa , was told it was in the back they were still setting up. Had to wait for fresh tortillas which was awesome. Got my order and asked again for salsa was told it would be out in a minute. Watched the girls in the back so everything else except get the salsa. Asked if the clerk was the manager she said. I said well my tacos are going to be cold by the time I get home and they were. The girl asked what I wanted and she brought the cart and said get it yourself. I had to the plastic off and dig for utensils. All I can say as a part time employee of 711 this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a 711!! I will be going to another location for better service.

Hmmm well, it's no Target, it has the level of survive and quality you would find at a gas station. It's good for a quick stop.... Just like a gas station, but it is mot worth going to for anything else.

On the way to work, I originally stopped for fuel but noticed the big sign on the window for Laredo breakfast tacos, so after fueling, I decided to go inside and purchase some breakfast tacos and a couple of drinks. Nobody else was in line to order as it was 4:15am and I was the only customer ordering breakfast at the time. There was food in some of the trays (enough to make breakfast tacos) and there were some empty trays as well, and I noticed the associate was still preparing food on the flat grill to fill the trays. I saw a sign above the food that showed the "Bacon Q". I asked what food was in it as I could not tell if there were beans or meat by the picture. The associate did not answer and kept working with her back to me. I asked the question again thinking she did not hear me, but instead of telling me what was in the Bacon Q she just pointed to the trays with food in them and said, "This is what I have", and she turned her back to me again and continued to prep the food. I looked at the trays and could tell by the picture that none of those trays held what was in the Bacon Q, so I replied, "That still doesn't tell me what is in the Bacon Q. Are you saying that you do not have the ingredients prepared to make the Bacon Q?". She was silent and continued to work. I waited and waited expecting some kind of acknowledgement of my presence as a customer, especially since she acknowledged my first question. I figured there must be something that is of the upmost priority that takes precedence over the customer and once she finishes, then she will turn around and take my order. When I realized that this was not the case and that this extremely long period of silence was just me being completely ignored and disrespected, I became angry. I raised my voice so she knew I meant business and said, "Hey! Am I speaking to fast for you or do you understand that I am trying to buy some f'ing tacos?!" This immediately got her attention and she pointed to an area where she can write down my order on the bag as I place it, but before I walked over to the area, the manager or store associate at the time (don't know, don't care) said, "Sir, if you are going to be rude and talk like that then you can just leave the store". In which case I replied, "I'm not the one that was being rude and disrespectful, I've been standing here and she has had her back to me and ignoring me this whole time." At that point, I was so angry I wouldn't have taken the tacos if they gave them to me for free, so I just walked out and went to work without breakfast and without the drinks. The manager was more interested in my reaction than recognizing that there should not have been a reaction in the first place. Poor, poor, customer service. The associates at Stripes do not value their customers. It doesn't even look like they enjoy working there.
