I had the pleasure of talking to Norma on the day after my uncle wrecked his van. I live in Denton, Texas about 9 (?) Hours away, I have to say I've not yet met her but I can't wait until I can and tell her In person thank you, and just how much I appreciate all she did for my uncle. He wrecked his van and she was phenomenal in getting his van back to him quickly. She is one in a million and I will call her if I ever get stuck and need a tow truck in her area. People call her I swear you won't be disappointed. Norma has been so helpful through the whole situation!
