Went for the first time today. I dont remember the cashier who helped me but she explained the store to me and she even helped me carry the groceries out to my dads truck. she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. way easier then shopping at heb or Walmart. will be back!!

Honestly, the national recall on formula I never felt so defeated. The lady today was the same lady that worked Friday and told me she couldn’t sell me no liquid alimentum due to the recall, however I mentioned it’s only on powder she insisted for precaution I said okay that’s okay I left to a different store to find some and I did that Friday of course only got two so everyone could be able to get some. So today, I went in again to see if they had any, and she told me still couldn’t sell me any liquid alimentum, I told her if she could please call her boss due to my son only having 2 ounces left and she did, her boss said she could sell the liquid alimentum after all, no apology was given! She went to the back seeming frustrated and said well there’s no liquid alimentum in the back they must of sold them. LIKE YOU SAY YOU COULD NOT SELL BUT YET THERES NO MORE???!! How does that even work. Not having no empathy nor was she apologetic. Ugh. Please whoever is running this company find a different person to work the front or train her on customer service etiquette.

I love this store super convenient, BUT the only reason I'm giving it a low rating is because I don't understand why some staff have to be so rude?? If you hate your job QUIT, don't take it out on your customers and it wasn't just one customer, they were rude to the customers before us and after. Idk her name I just know she was wearing big hoop earrings and glasses today.
