“Went in to ship items to Washington State. The associates were busy but greeted me at the door. They worked through the line fast and efficiently but still gave time to interact with the customers in a polite, friendly manner.”
“Great place to purchase cute greeting cards, candles, houseware gifts, ship anything USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. however you cannot ship laptops or lithium batteries. I needed to return my work computer and need to go to FedEx directly instead.”
“I bet that guy must thought I was a little crazy this morning but I needed to send a Christmas gift and needed there on time. I like everyone thought let’s go to the post office they open at 9:30. When I got there I saw a long line so went to Box Brothers and so glad I did. In and out and served before 10 am which is opening time. Also guaranteed by Christmas. Thank you for making my life so much easier. The cost I am sure would be about the same as the Post Office and no wait. You made my day.”

“These ladies are the very Best, on this day it was a Sunday this past Sunday I had a very large amount of Milwaukee drill sets needing to be shipped out and each with there own labels 51 plus another different package. We'll in a matter of what I thought was going to take a minimum of a hour these 2 delightful ladies teamed up never stopped smiling and had labels printed and in the slip like they only had a item 51 drills individually shipped to same person. Each experience I have had has been a great one and if I didn't know this group definitely informs me. So 2 my UPS ANGEL'S THANK Y'ALL LADIES and by the way these 2 were the 1st ones that helped me the very first time and I absolutely pray I always get them. I have had a couple of rude females but the 2 UPS ANGEL'S CERTAINLY KEEP ME GOING BACK. THANK YOU AGAIN LADIES”

“The post office doesn't get much positive press so I wanted to help change that vision. I messed up an address. Tried calling vendors and online services to help. Finally decided to go to the source. So thankful I did! Morgan at the front desk was kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. She helped me track the packages, make the changes in the system and passed on to her supervisor who called the driver and then me within 20 minutes. Grateful that my packages have now arrived and the changes needed were made. It's all about relationships. These folks were awesome! Way to go USPS!”
“Shout Out to Gladys Carrington(sp?) at this location. I'm a very light Ebay seller and had been informed 3 days after getting OK to send that the buyer had been canceled and all transactions deleted (who knew they could do that?). I submitted and "Intercept" request on a Sat morning and called the destination PO to be sure. Gladys answered and was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and reassuring. The package has been returned to me.”
