Horrible Customer service. I will never use this Sherwin-Williams again I would rather drive to Beeville than to deal with this team again. Asking simple questions about items you don't know about turns into a big deal feels like they belittle you. When I put in a formal complaint with the area manager I had to leave a message with the receptionist and never heard back. Good luck to anyone who uses them.
