“I want to give a shout out to Laura and Ilyana. Despite having some technical difficulties, they were very professional, courteous, and helpful to rectify the issue. Issues were all related to website and the links being broken (no human error there). I was on a time crunch with movers coming and they did everything in their power to make things happen. I truly appreciate their hard work. As for the facility, it is very clean and quiet. I believe we will be very content with this facility. Thank you again to Laura and Ilyana. :)”

“Great new storage facility with a wonderful management team. Climate controlled units stay very cool even in ridiculous south Texas heat. Somehow, my autopay was not set up even though I had set it up initially on filling out the forms, and emails regarding late fees were filtered through my spam folders. Carla was extremely helpful and understanding and waived all my late fees, and she waived all my late fees.”
