I'm writing this for you in regards to my daughter's experience at this place last week. Apparently she went in just to get some shoes that's all she needed but the lady that helped her kept suggesting selling some handbags some belts and other accessories that they sell there. Even though she told her no she kept on and kept on I understand places have to do that but once a person tells you no they should stop and to begin with she had said she was the manager of this place. So now it didn't make a good experience for her to go there so she said she would never go there again and she would just shop around at another's SAS out 9f town.

We were next door at DSW, and walked out because the employees are RUDE. Walked past SAS shoes, walked in, and are very glad we did! The nice gentleman was very helpful and found my hubby the perfect brown shoes. The shoes are comfortable and we will be back for sure!

Really good experience! Took time to measure and fit some SAS tennis shoes to my feet and they fit better than any of my other very expensive pairs(5) and my feet are hard to fit! Very satisfied!!

Customer service is beyond reproach. The quality of SAS shoes makes them worth every dollar. These are the only shoes I can wear for work that don't hurt my feet.
