Would Not let me return unopened item!I brought back item within 12 hours, unopened, and untouched. They said their return policy is on back of receipt. Guess when you get that? After you buy, so it was never disclosed. I’m just sharing this to inform the people who can not afford to take the loss.That being said, I am will gladly give the item to someone who is interested in it for free. BUT I ASK that you NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!The item was gift, that simply didn’t fit.

Don't take your Jewelry there for repairs or customizing unless you want to get ripped off. You'll end up paying more than what its actually worth.

I bought a 4 ct tennis bracelet while on vacation. I needed 1/2 in bigger which they agreed to do. No options of what that would look like partially my fault for not asking. Was to be shipped to me the next week. 10 days later I called them not done yet they would call the next day. No call almost 3 weeks later I received the bracelet. I could NOT open the lock. Took it to my local jeweler he opened it and said it wouldn’t work. No safety chain at all. So they replaced the latch and added 4 more diamonds...(actual size was 3.65 ct not 4). Very disappointed in so many things with these folks. To pay that kind of money and couldn’t even wear it, lack of communication etc....
