I don’t understand why is some employees in the gas station off Sam’s Club if they don’t do nothing they saw the people Cut lines and going in the middle of all the cars make line and they look and they don’t do nothing. What is the point if they are going to help us to be in order.

Hours of operation need to be updated. Says open till 7 pm on Sunday, it was closed at 6.

Fast easy with your Sam's card ,But there should be someone guiding the traffic of customers .There's always 1 or 2 or 3 ! that wants to pump gas with the gas filler on the opposite side !!!

Sam's Club Gas Station is fantastic! The prices are always lower than nearby stations, and the pumps are well-maintained and easy to use. The location is super convenient, and I love that I can fuel up quickly without long waits. Definitely a five-star experience every time!

Yall need a big sign reminding people that all the pumps is the same direction of travel. In the mornings you get a few that block everyone for going in the wrong way

Usually, you have lower gasoline. Always friendly help, only one person out, so you may need to wave him down and wait for him to finish with another customer. Most all of the time, there is a long line to get to the pumps. Have plenty of time to wait or come back later.

Faulty gas pump.I will preface this with saying this has never happened to me before and I should have been more vigilant, but I feel as if my worries were dismissed and this is clearly a safety hazard.I got to Sam’s and their hoses say that you can fill on either side of the car to make the lines go faster. So I pull up to the pump on the right and my tank is on the left. I should’ve known something was wrong because as soon as I picked up the pump and carried it to the other side of the car it started spilling onto the open rim of my fuel tank and I had not pulled on the dispensing lever at all! I usually always stay right by my tank, but since fuel had spilled everywhere I went into my car to grab hand sanitizer and napkins to clean myself up. While I was doing this, I hear a lady honk me and I look back and the fuel is overflowing and spilling everywhere!!! I’ve never had the lever release function not work before.I reported this to the station manager and he just blames me for not watching the hose and filling it on the other side. I agree I should have been watching it but I also feel like he should have understood why I stepped away when there was fuel on my hands and car. Also the hose leaking before I even squeezed the lever and the release function not working should be something checked upon, but when I told him maybe a report should be filed about it he ignores my worries and just says that it happens all the time.I’m really just writing this review not because I’m mad that fuel got on me and I lost money, but because it seems unsafe and my worries were completely dismissed by the station manager working. He seemed more interested in quizzing me about my school name on my scrubs than addressing any faulty equipment issues.
