I went in to the Saratoga location yesterday and Jaclyn was the sweetest sales associate. I went in for the new Nailboo spellbound collection and she was able to redirect me straight to it when I walked right by it at the front of the store! Very kind and great customer service, thank you Jaclyn!

I went in knowing what I wanted but not knowing what I needed. Azu was MORE THAN helpful she made my experience quick and I got everything I needed. She was knowledgeable and I will be returning to this location for all my future hair needs. 👌🏻

Went in to get a sock bun came out getting a $100 chi hair dryer brush! Very educated employees. I didn't catch the employee name but she was wearing glasses. Love my experience will return again ❤️
