Customer service is horrible! Erica, the finance manager from a third party finance company called my friend anal, because of his financial questions. She actually called him anal!!! What kind of business allows and promotes this kind of treatment?

Had a wonderful time with Catalina picking out a sofa. It seemed she wanted what was in my best interest and was very courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend asking for her as she is not pushy with her sales. She's also pretty humorous! I left feeling good about my purchase.
