Visited the store today to look at Omega watches where I was greeted by Daylyn. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t find any Omegas I wanted this time but Daylyn was able to help me find a Longines watch that looks fantastic and the price was more than fair. If you’re looking for a jeweler Daylyn is the one. Jesse also helped me close out the deal and resizing the band, he was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I’ll definitely be back for another watch. Thanks Reeds!

Great customer service. So after finding an item that I really liked I was told it the price was marked incorrect. So Miranda went and talked to her manager and they were able to honor the price.

I visited this location to get a link taken out of my Rolex DJ jubilee band. I was immediately greeted by an employee upon entering the store and offered a drink. Jesse was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. His overall knowledge about maintaining and servicing my watch greatly exceeded my expectations. He was very quick and made a slight second adjustment after an initial test fit. Would highly recommend this location to anyone and will most definitely return in the future to ask for Jesse.

Update:: Reeds Jewelers in Corpus Christi should get 10 stars if it were available. Michael and Jesse know their business…. Knowing your products is a must, but getting to know your customers is what it’s all about, I recently purchased a couple of Oyster flex bands, a month later I have the left handed Rolex sprite ….?I was in the store for 2 hours just visiting and learning, these guys have what it takes to keep me going back for any jewelry needs in the future..the staff make the business. Thank you Reeds for hiring the right people! Great job!!!
Update: After a little rocky start, the staff at Reeds Jewelers in Corpus Christi have gone above and beyond, initially ordered a couple of oysterflex bands, I told them the size (on me not them)after seeing that I needed the next size larger, they offered to take back wrong one that I ordered and get me the correct size. It arrived within a few days, they installed the new band , shined my watch, also offered to clean up a ring I was wearing ( not purchased from them by the way ) came back looking like new.. fantastic service, communication and knowledge of product…special shout out to Michael and Jesse. Thanks for y’all’s help!

Finally got my hands on a beautiful timepiece for the collection thanks to Daylyn and Miranda!
