I had scheduled an appointment online but when I was ready to go, I realized I had not gotten a text msg or email. When I checked online, I found that there was no appt scheduled for me. So, I made another for later that day. It was approved and I wrote down the code letters, but never got a confirming email or text. When I arrived, I began putting my code into the kiosk when suddenly the screen went back to the start screen. It did not recognize an appt for me, so I filled out the screens as a walk-in. The lady who was there over lunch hour was kind enough to take me in for the venipuncture although the kiosk said my wait time was an hour and half. There were no other patients in the waiting room or the test rooms. I've used this location for over 15 years and always make appts online. I did go back and check my profile and all my info including email and cell phone were correct. I hope this glitch does not happen again or I will have to go to LabCorp and my family too.

I only visit Quest once or twice a year for bloodwork. Every time I visit, something has changed; but, it is always for the better. I am really impressed with your latest change in the check-in procedure.

This will be the 3rd time I've had to take my sister in for blood work. They keep saying they aren't getting order from Dr. Not true
3 different Dr's have sent orders two times.
I went there the second time to get my blood drawn and I had went to my sister's 3 Dr order's. Gave it to the nice lady who was drawing blood. Said she would enter the orders into computer and even gave me a lab kit for my sister's stool sample. Set appointment for my sister and guess what.
They lost the orders. One lady was helping me. She was very nice then the lady at 1st station (very very rude and bad attitude) joined in on the conversation and basically called me a liar until I told her about the lab kit the lady gave me and I had had bloodwork done there. I asked her to check history and see who did my blood test and ask that person. She gave me attitude and refused. I then asked her if they know they have appointments coming in. Don't they check to make sure they have orders. She said no. There was also another lady who was there for over a hour with appointment because they couldn't find the orders.
I've been to other quest in town and they are not as rude as the lady on the first booth
Just a suggestion. If you have appointments coming in have someone check you have orders the day before.
If you don't call the patient or Dr and let them know so they don't have to make a unnecessary trip. Customer service
Please remind the last with the attitude and rudeness thar without patients she be out of a job.
Periodically have someone check BOTH fax machines
Also there needs to be a way for people who come in and have questions to be helped. Once I went in and there was no one in lobby. I knocked 2 times regular and had to know 2 times harder. Then the lady in the first station came out and chastised me for knocking. Or maybe put someone who is nicer at station one closest to the door. I worked at a dealership and we had appointments and we always checked our appointments the day before to make sure we had our information ready.
your location is only 6 miles from my house or I would probably go else where.
Please try to help your patients. It's not there fault the Dr doesn't send orders or that your employees don't check the fax or emails daily. Alot of patients are elderly and have to have assistance getting around.
Or have your staff more open to helping the patients like the lady in first station. Thank you for your time. Please take this a constructive criticism.
All these Dr can't be forgetting to send in information. Or maybe contact them to see that they have the right number. Make it easier for the patient not harder.

Can't say enough bad things about this. Hard to work with, no human interaction, to make a siple appointment is automated and not user friendly, why in the world do you need an appointment to drop off a urine sample
