I only visit Quest once or twice a year for bloodwork. Every time I visit, something has changed; but, it is always for the better. I am really impressed with your latest change in the check-in procedure.

Just as I came in I was received a smile and offered to assist me. The tech that drew blood was awesome. I was nervous and waiting for the pain... none it was like wow great experience
