Stole 1.5 percent of check amount from me. They said the account holder could call and change that policy, but the default is to steal from the payee. This place is crooked. Bank elsewhere

Everytime I go it's a 15-20 minute wait in line. Today it was 30 minutes waiting on the same car. Is it the bank or the customers? I understand they have to do it a certain way but they are 10 times worse then Whataburger when waiting in line.

I have been a prosperity Bank customer for many years in more than one city. This bank used to be a five star however staffing changes recently has caused me to lower them to three stars. Staff no longer knows me by name and do not know their own policies and procedures or able to help when you have a question. Asking about with drawls, transfers, deposits, or how the mobile app works as well as paying bills from your computer they simply refer you to the one 800 customer service. No longer seem very personable they now seem just like a bank.

Pulled out $250 from my savings through the drive thru and was shorted a $100 with no receipt. I didn't count my money until the of the day when I needed it so I'll see what the bank will do for me tomorrow. 😡
