Extremely rude, unprofessional service at the drive thru banking. Couldn't help but notice anglo customers being treated differently than Hispanic customers. Not even a thank you or acknowledgement at the end of the transaction. Upon request of a balance at the end a reply was received with attitude, the staff here acts as if requests are such an inconvenience, sadly.

Every single time I come here I sit at the drive through for at least 15 minutes before someone even acknowledges me. There’s rarely a line. It’s always dead. And somehow they always take forever. This is the slowest bank I have ever dealt with. Is it one single person running the whole show? Is there more than one employee back there?

This bank is the WORST bank ever. Unfortunately I am forced to go here due to work but 2x a month it takes me more than 30 minutes to do anything. And they always mess up on my change. ITS RIDICULOUS. i can be the only car in the drive through line and it STILL takes 30 minutes to count $200.

Rude tellers. Advertised as lobby was open on a Saturday. It wasn't. Wouldnt cash my check drawn on their bank because i wasn't a member and it was 'over their amount ' they would cash. Well. I came here because you advertised as your lobby was open. Fix your information.

Again, if I could give 0 stars then that's what I would do. My deposit is over 180 and it is a commercial account. Instead of giving me back the deposit to adjust the slip the teller adjusted it on the computer without my permission and said its to cover them from being in any trouble. If I'm telling you to give me the deposit back then why f****** adjust it?! So, I proceeded to call my supervisor who said "tell them to give it back" and she said, "why can't you just go get another slip?" Why don't you just give me one and I can adjust it? Which makes the most f****** sense but apparently working at this bank requires no common sense, at all. Or counting skills.

I love this location & it's employees. We went in a month after the initial visit and we were called by name, and even asked about our grandson. The tellers and office manager know us by name and actually take the time to talk to us. I have had an account at another CU for the past 40 yrs and I don't get that level of courtesy or feeling of belonging like I do at Prosperity on Timbergate. Highly professional, extremely friendly and very caring and knowledgeable about their customers. I recommend them to everyone.
