Horrible service. Rude staff. Don’t bank here. The supervisor is the worst!!! She should absolutely be fired for her poor/fake service.

It was an absolute nightmare working with the loan officers, Lorena Luna and Lisa Martinez. Incompetent! Called to speak to their supervisor, left a message a week ago and never received a call. This only leads me to believe that the incompetency starts there!

Not a customer but rather an employee of a company that makes deposits daily, I walked in and I hear "Hi ! how can I help you ?" followed by an annoyed "oh.. never mind" followed by laughs of the remaining 2 bank tellers, get a better attitude when you go to work, as of right now I'm will never be stepping a foot again into this particular building.

I was at this branch to open a new account and there were bankers sitting in their office. They saw me but did not greet or said that someone will b there to help. I left from there and got my account at wells Fargo. No wonder they only have 1 star.

This branch is just where the nightmare begun by regrettably opening an account strictly for my direct deposit. Whatever branch I visit, whatever the issue may be eversince, each time never fails to amount to a trainwreck & a blooper of a customer service experience & they LITERALLY have not made a single interaction an easy, smoothe one even by accident in the 6 months theyve been holding my money hostage. Its almost like a bad joke or as if Im the star in the sketch of a hidden-camera show, but No its just SOP @ Prosperity Bank. Surely, Im not the only account holder/victim who feels this way. i mean you have to be really poor to rank below Bank Of America in my book but they succeeded in record time. The most infuriating part in all of this is throughut all my unplanned trips into the lobby to clear up their mistakes & all the supervisors, managers, etc who've had to comandeer my transactions at the several Corpus Christi branches all of which have been unpleasant & problematic, Im still yet to meet one Prosperity employee whos even willing to just pretend to give a hoot about my dissatisfaction with their product/service. The impression I now have & no doubt share with what must anount to a majority of their so-called "customers" is a grim one and a sad but clear reflection on what a terrible organization can be from the executive boardroom to the dumpster outside the slowest branch in the company. Sh** rolls down hill & I think this pile has about reached its legal capacity

Horrible experienced with Prosperity Bank today...i was short changed $51. Manager was insulting, by making a remark, maybe you gave too much money when you paid on your accounts....No, I sure as hell didnt. They count there money back to you too fast and you wonder why you were short changed. Did they give me what they owed me NO THEY DIDN'T. People I would be careful when cashing or depositing money in your accounts. I was asked to open an account with Prosperity before. As of today, I do not trust this bank or the tellers and the Manager....KARMA ....

I've been an executor to 3 estates and dealt with over 15 financial institutions in handling them. I've never encountered the unnecessary processes and neanderthal rules this institution put my family through with my Mothers account. The transfer of an IRA with crustal clear beneficiary instructions to be specific. Manager insisted on every member of the family travel including flying from out of state to personally sign. No notary, gold medallion or other STANDARD form of verification was acceptable. Schwabb, Raymond James, Capital One, Ally, Southtrust and yes even our US Treasury handled everything within weeks. 4 months, 178 emails, countless phone calls and the help of another institution working with Victoria Tx location to finally get this handled. I wouldn't use Prosperity to handle the proceeds of a lemonade stand. This would be 1 star if not for Ms Ochoa at Victoria location finally helping.
