I went here once and I brought good clothing that most teens would wear. But ig that isn't the case. I barely got what I was expecting. Everything here is mostly for skinny itty bitty women/men. Waste of time

This store is a great place to shop for teens and young adults. I always take my girls here to shop and never leave disappointed. The prices are amazing and every time we visit there’s always something new to shop. I also enjoy the events the store has throughout the year. Staff is always friendly and respectful.

Low ballers. I brought in lululemon, aritzia, zara mostly everthing new with tags and they offered me $30. I ended up keeping all of my items and selling them online instead. Don’t waste your time selling here.

This place has the worst people working there . Every time I go In they have a horrible attitude. I went in today and girl was rude and very dismissive. When she told me my "offer " I kindly declined . She then said "you can take your stuff ". Didn't hand me anything ,didn't get my items out of bin ,just ignores me and went to working on computer. When I asked why she didn't take the brand new Lululemon ,she said "the real Lululemon has a different tag ". I said ,it's real and it's new . She didn't say anything . Just went back to computer

Not disability friendly. Store is incredibly crampt and my partner couldn't use their walker and had to opt for their cane. Hyper lack of seating especially for selling so many shoes. One single small beaten up looking bench at the very far end of the store for trying on shoes that often had someone just sitting on it to take a rest. I couldn't walk in any aisles without brushing everything I walked past and accidentally knocking items off of hangers just trying to walk by. Loud, very distracting music played most of the time we were here. Made it difficult to hear my party who were standing next to me. Entire store made me feel like I was in a daze.Men's section was pretty small and had almost nothing in my size. Very disorganized with clothes constantly being in the wrong size sections. Anything 2X and up just gets jumbled into one small section and a good portion of the 2X+ section was XL or smaller, just misplaced in the wrong section. I couldn't find a single pair of pants over a size 42, and shoes seem to stop at size 13 (not as surprised but still disappointed, it's normally hard to find shoes my size). Quite a few men's clothes were pretty expensive when compared with their retail price (especially SheIn brand). I found exactly 1 thing in my size that was under $7, everything else was $7-$30. Take note when shopping in men's clothing you'll be paying significantly more then woman's clothing. Might just be worth buying new at that point. Not sure why, but men's shoes only have one single shoe out on display while woman's shoes have the full pair. It felt lightly sexist to me. It could just be me being frustrated that they clearly don't value male business with the rest of the antagonistic men's setup compared to the much more accessible and wider woman's section.Fitting room was staffed by someone who clearly didn't know what was going on. There was no signage stating only 6 items could be brought to the fitting room so we walked up with a few more. Employee seemed very confused why we'd have more than 6 items, and seemed confused what to do about it. First asked if I could hold my partner's extra items, but I also needed a fitting room (and had 7 items). Finally after a few minutes they realized they could have us put the excess clothes on the hanger outside each door, which to me made sense and I'm not sure what all the confusion was for. Maybe not their standard position? Also you should have a way to mark which fitting rooms are currently occupied. The employee had to knock on several doors looking for an available fitting room and the system seemed poorly setup.Store employees were often just standing around not being helpful. They would just stand there chatting while a line developed waiting to checkout. Finally opened more registers when one of the other employees pointed out they needed help. The employee checking us out asked if we found everything ok. I stated it was difficult to find things for my size and got a sarcastic flat "sucks when that happens". My partner elaborated that the store was very disorganized and finding items was difficult because many things were in the wrong size sections. They didn't respond and it seemed to cause the employee to shut down and not want to talk to us any further. We weren't being rude or aggressive, just answering their question. We didn't even have a harsh tone. Idk, maybe just not a good day for them? The few clothes I was able to find were ok, but nothing spectacular. I have no interest in returning when there are plenty of far better used clothing stores in town with better prices.

I came in to sell clothes the other day and cashiers seemed very irritated were not helpful at all & very rude. Quick process is the only thing I can say positively about this place.

my husband and I haven't been to this store in over 3 weeks. The last time we had went i returned a pair of jeans that were too small and traded them for a different pair of pants. When we got home I realized I didn't get my pants so I went back the following day and I talked to the manager. She looked at camera footage and saw I never got my pants but still refused me a refund. I ended up having to buy a pair of different jeans. Keep in mind since then my husband and I haven't been in over 3 weeks!! This morning Plato's closet charged 99$ to our card they had on file from us shopping there!! THEY HAVE CRAPPY CLOTHES! CRAPPY MANAGERS! THEY WILL STEAL AND EMBEZZLE MONEY FROM YOU! I would not recommend this store!

Good selection, reasonable prices. My teen daughter likes shopping here, and I've even found a few plus size items that I liked, which doesn't usually happen at thrift stores. I love that there are plus size clothing, and would love to see more of that.
