“I highly recommend this place, it was probably the best customer service I've had since Covid, honestly! The owner was super friendly & the prices we're definitely the best if not at least the fairest prices I've seen for pet supplies in town. The store is very well organized & even has a little photography setup for customers to take pictures with their pets, it made me reminisce about the good old days when customer service was the main focal point of any & all businesses no matter what size.”

“This store has what you need for your fur baby... My cat is a senior at 22 years. We usually buy his food at Walmart, but when we went in to get the Catit water filters we saw it there and they price match! So no more traveling to two stores. And the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, putting the customer first! Two thumbs up for this store and it's employees!!!”

“I'm giving a 5 because the employees are great. The manager Sandy was extremely helpful and empathetic. Now for the grooming I would give a 1. I dropped my furbaby at 10 am and checked in on my dog after 2 hours, the groomer wasn't there ,she had stepped out. My baby was in the store from 10 to 3 which is ridiculous. I just don't understand how grooming could take that long.”

“I enjoy the products that are available to our pets. The only thing we noticed was the lack of customer service that is not provided. The PETCO here in Corpus Christi, Texas needs help with just that. My daughter and I were just at PETCO on 30Jan24, and was treated like we were not even there. We actually had to go find people to help us and when we did, it was like we were inconvenience to them.”

“Critters and birds are cared for extremely well. I'd feel completely comfortable purchasing a high end breed here. Staff is so kind and helpful. I love this lil old school gem. 14yrs ago a family member purchased an Indian ring neck and he's thrived and lived beautifully. Oh, The little gerbil nursery is so cute lol”
