She tried taking care of the phone and the customers in person. I dropped her off, they did their thing, and I picked her up. Very straight forward process. I will be taking her back again.

The receptionist said they were booked until Monday... I was upset and so I hung up... I called around but no vet answered or about the same... On October 6 my Anya passed away in my arms... I was so upset that I posted a review that wasn't nice... Then, today in church, I realized it wasn't the receptionist's fault, the vets fault or my fault... It was her time to go.. and I guess I wanted to blame someone, anyone back then... Which was very selfish of me... So I apologize to this veterinarian clinic... You always treated my dogs with great care in the past... I have Junior left now and he is my focus.. once again my apologies... And I hope this doesn't affect my future with y'all, if it does I understand..

The entire Team from the front desk forward were welcoming and thorough in their vetting process for the family and the pet.I take my pups routinely to the monthly clinic.
