Caroline helped me with fast efficient postal service. She helped me get a package to an eBay buyer. She was very nice and knew all about how to do this job. I will come back to this Office Depot many times. Thank You Caroline

I purchased 2 brother printers 1 was bought online and the other in the store. The 1 I purchased online stated it would be ready for pick up same day unfortunately after I paid it stated pick up would be in 3 days and of course I needed the printer asap! So i thought. no biggie ill go straight to the store and buy the 1 in stock and cancel the other printer I ordered. So today I went into the store to get a refund on both printers since I no longer had a need for the ones I purchased. I purchased a larger printer through Amazon. We my experience was horrible the cashier up front refunded me one and had to get an overide from some else with more authority named Amador. Upon arriving to the register he already had a bad attitude and was talking to the cashier as if I wasn't present. I kept directing myself to him and explained why I purchased the 2 printers on the same since it was confusing. He took me to a register in the middle of the store and from there everything went downhill!! He made me feel as if I was deceiving him by requesting a refund on an item that had been supposedly picked up. I asked if they ask for proof of identification for picking up items over $100 he said NO! He also stated that he would have to discuss with the store manager about refunding me. I explained that I had not picked up the item and I wanted to see the document showing signature that I had indeed picked up the printer. He had a very demeaning tone and stated that no matter what I said his answer was not going to change that I would have to return tommorow. He said he had to tend to customers my response was am I not a customer?! He responded with my issue had been resolved....I responded with I beg to differ on the contrary my issue remains unresolved I asked him what was the Managers full name he said Amanda I asked for her last name 3 times and he refused to give it to me stating all I needed was her first name since when is a managers last name confidential?? He kept dismissing so at this point I decided I would ask another staff member for mangers last name and immediately a nice employee dispensed that. As I was leaving a teacher was complaining about what Amador has told her and the cashier was explaining that she was told incorrectly I witnessed that whole conversation cause he was talking to me and her at the same time....keep in mind he gave her the same bad attitude as if we were both beneath him. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT! As a business owner and Office Depot shopper I have never had no one speak to me in that manner. That man has no business being in customer service. He sounds like his miserable with his position there!

I am an artist and a local small business owner. I have worked in this community for over 23yrs. This physical store and my online experience, has taken a joy out of creating and out of my body. I physically CRINGE at the thought having to deal with this company. I can no longer stand this store or the fact that our community is forced to rely on its sorry attempts at service. The combination of these 2 entities, online and physical store, has given me such a great disdain and hatred of this company of which I can’t even describe! I despise the utter thought of having to ever interact with this company again.
But not once, never once, did I cuss, lose my temper or treat any employee in a disrespectful manner.
Shame on its useless customer service, its false leading shipping department and overall its complete lack of empathy for people.
Monday , February 12th, The store was in disarray and had an unpleasant reek. Not one employee bothered to even crack the slightest of smiles upon my entry, my wandering and waiting or even when after complete frustration, my leaving. I wandered alone through the printer department for a solid 10mins with no acknowledgment to my existence.
I decided that since no one could be bothered by a simple “excuse me” , I left.
I proceeded to place my order for a printer I had seen in store, but wasn’t able to find on the shelf. The order was placed on Monday, February 12th, with an expected delivery by the 15th. When the 15th came with no printer (even with emails saying it was shipped) I contacted the store. Their exact words were, “Yeah, sounds like we dropped the ball somewhere. Sorry.” After checking the tracking one more time, I could see, in fact, my order was still in Houston, over 3hrs away.
Apologies aside, I contacted online customer service only to be rerouted and sent to automated responses, even after repeatedly asking for a representative.
I haven’t even received my printer and I already don’t want it. I am going to return it and take my business elsewhere.
I won’t support this location and I definitely will no longer utilize its online services.

Wonderful copy and print area—the young man working there, I wish I was better at names! - he was so incredibly nice and helpful to each person, including me. Wonderful!

Literally the most disorganized in the shipping department. I can't ever call and shipping with them is horrible.

The printing department at the Corpus Christi location in Moore Plaza provided exceptional customer servicer! Caroline went above and beyond with helping me and when I picked up my printing order, Rayanne was on duty, and she was just as accommodating and nice. Kudos to Office Depot for retaining such valued employees!

Purchased a notebook computer o line and picked it up store within an hour. It was the best value and lowest price found.
