This is the first day of transition to turning NavyArmy into Rally. I understand sometimes things don’t go as planned but I can’t even use my debit card at all, I can’t pull out cash or anything. I can’t pay my bills or anything that I need to take care of.

I've been dealing with this bank for months now. This is the worst bank to deal with when it comes to POA affairs. I have turned in 2 POAs from my end and they're still having me fill out 4 other POA documents that is from the branch itself. First one sent was a "broad one" and the second one was thru my attorney for my dad. Now they're wanting a "Certification of Durable Power of Attorney by Agent, Agent's Confirmation of Power of Attorney and Agency" another " Agent's Confirmation of Power of Attorney and Agency". Ive been on the phone for hours now and every month have to call because the app doesnt work thru the app or can't access account online. Not only that I remember them scanning my ID and continuously saying they don't have my ID on file, I just rescaned my ID along with a written request. This is my 3rd time calling today and have been on the phone for over 30 minutes this time. And this rep says they don't have access to the email they sent me for these documents??? Yall need a different system cause it should not be this complicated for POA stuff. This is unacceptable as a business.

Amazing employees and customer service, outstanding experience with their tellers... every... single... time.The ATM is horribly outdated and repeatedly unable to dispense money, usually this happens MULTIPLE times on a MONTHLY BASIS. There are often times when it's inoperable for DAYS at a time and I end up paying extra service fees because I'm forced to go to a bank across the street that I don't have accounts with. It's gotten so repetitive and predictable that I'm seriously considering printing/carrying "WITHDRAWAL OUT OF ORDER" signs because there have been a lot of times I've had to wait through 3 or more in line ahead of me just to find out it's broken yet again... And I could save SO many people a bit of frustration just with some paper and tape. I'd have taken my multiple accounts elsewhere already, but their tellers have really left an impression with a few things they've went above and beyond with.
