My experience with Avid storage has been great. Mary is very knowledgeable and was also very helpful providing various options for us to choose that best suited our needs. She was very friendly and attentive answering all our questions patiently.

The units are very clean. Easy process to get in and out of unit area. Easy to book a unit. Mary, the property manager, is very accommodating and extremely sweet. Took her time after they were already closed to make sure we found the unit okay and even brought us a lock. Very happy with the service.

It’s a secure place well lit. Manager very attentive and always alert on the premises. The only thing I wasn’t happy about. Where we parked our RV someone who was parked next to us. Scratched and put a small dent on the side of it. Our RV was only 2 months old so seeing that was a little disappointing. There’s nothing you can do about it though. It comes with having to park in a close area unfortunately. Other than that we did like the storage place.

This was the best experience I have had renting from a storage unit. The clerk was so friendly and kept me up to date on my unit I rented. Love every bit of it and will rent again in the future.
