I went yesterday for what I thought was to switch my sim, when I called it was 25-28$, when I went in it was actually $37, I called611 and they informed me that my bill was also $80 a month, which was very weird because I was put on the $55 plan, also he added insurance without my knowledge. I didn’t even buy this iPhone from metro, but still was charged like I did. I fixed my issues thru 611, not this store. If I weee you I’d watch what he’s doing.

These Authorized DEALER ain’t dealing shit tbh because they keep making the wrong decisions in regards to utilizing their execution of programmed functions such as cutting of (which can be traced back to the employees) my service while payments were made. One star because I can’t take away any, well I’ll definitely try to take something away for my dear LIFE because even having to deal with my hotspot only reaching now less than two meter and can’t even use the hotspot on two devices while it costs 60 dollars.

Horrible set up service on 10/5 ..they added insurance without my permission .. went back to get my money on 10/6 employee said I could not do a return.. even though it clearly said 14 day return on receipts … employee id vlg564 .. I know in don’t get back service money.. but I paid for the phone and that should be returned!! I’m looking for their district supervisor to report them
