Horrible horrible phone place! My brand new phone stopped working a month after I bought it. I was paying for insurance on it and they still wouldn't replace it. I paid my phone bill and for two and a half weeks I had no phone service. I was constantly on my managers phone with Techs & supervisors. The supervisors were telling me to go to a Metro store and tell them to give me another phone I did that a couple of times and they refused to give me another phone. So I said," So y'all can't help me." Before I left the girl behind the counter took my SIM card out and put a different one in there & refused to give me my SIM card back. So I went over to cricket to get phone service because I still didn't have any. Do you know when you switch from one company to another that you get a free phone. Well I didn't get a free phone. When that girl took my SIM card, my phone number didn't match my account number so therefore I had to pay for my phone!!!! A month later I went to a different Metro store & they had Nokia phones so I started a new service so I could have the phone I wanted. They told me I had to pay for insurance on my phone which isn't true. What's the point of paying for insurance when they're not going to replace your phone? They are scammers just scamming money out of people. The girl at the store was acting like she was giving me a bundle and I never even asked for it and then when she rang me up it was $187.!!! I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't give me one!! All I wanted was the phone service & activation, that's it! What do people do you have to have phone service somewhere & you got all these crooked people.
