I like metro. They've worked with me on plenty occasions. But they're not the original service oriented provider. While visiting this store to have my phones switched I was rushed out of the store for no apparent reason. I was only setting my phone up and more than three times asked what was I doing here still. Online and customer care via phone is sorely lacking. They must be training at AT&T whose service is terrible. Metro? Go back to your roots and help your customers even if it costs your bottom line. Quit asking for more money

I had excellent service! My cashier Aj was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my phone and he helped me out switching my data and pics to my new phone. Go in and talk to him. I highly recommend. Great service Aj!

The accessory case was sub standard quality. Decided to return without using or trying. Return policies were not stated on receipt or anywhere in store. Reasons for no refund changed from it had been two weeks and then switched to no refunds on accessories.

Girl doesnt know how to cancel aline and switch sim cards. I did it over the phone with metro piece of cake . Im all for kids but can t do your job and have kids there. Stay home
