The reps at the Metro/T-Mobile 1-888 number were always Excellent. HOWEVER, every good thing they said and did was undone and trodden under foot at the local level. Local stores are independently owned/operated. A franchise. Promised promotional items were scarce. “Upgrades” became another opportunity for let downs. Store operators were unclear or spotty with information on product availability, promotion dates and times, while disregarding any and all guarantees made by those at the 1-888 number. I had extremely high hopes going in and am left with NOTHING positive to say about the stores at the local level.I ignored warnings about using Metro. Don’t make the same mistake. Waste of time, money, and a single gold star. 1. Because 0 isn’t an option.

Petty people at this store forcing me to wait to get the information I need. All because they are loosing customers. My advice don't even go here if you decide to leave they will make it as hard as possible. All they did was ruin a 16yr olds birthday. Way to go Metro

Amanda at Metro by T-mobile was absolutely fantastic at helping us out with getting anew phone and restoring all data from my previous phone that was stolen. Definitely a 5 star rating for her customer service and help!
