I have been a member for savings only. I am retired for a year of 26 years with the city. Husband is retired disabled. Both are receiving income. Home is paid off. Late payments to bills. Medical bills arose. But coming along ok. Needed a loan using our home to pay off small debts and pay off car note. Spoke to a representative and spoke highly of assisting us. Brought up our hopes and made us feel that everyone needs help. Then hits us with Denial. We prayed for this bank to assist us. My thoughts are don’t raise customers hopes before knowing you will hit them with a No you didn’t qualify. It’s hard enough, now days there is no perfect score!!

Terrible customer service in the past week. Been a member since it was called Telco credit union. Putting company checks on hold because it had racing team on it. The racing team is a Nascar race team worth millions and I got the run around from the Vice President and Sherry terrible customer service skills . Belinda and Mary at the spid branch are the only reason I stay there .

Horrible service, when you go in for information they lie on your account and say you already applied when you only went in to inquire. Worst bank ive ever dealt with. Save your time, credit score & energy and choose a different bank, i would recommend Wells Fargo before i recommend this bank.

Don't turn to this bank when you need help. They give you the misperception that if you build a good standing relationship with then, they will help you. Not True! I have been doing as they say to build it with perfect standing for over a year and they still will not help with auto loan when I need it the most for job. Underwriters will hold your past against you so long as it remains on your credit report no matter how much you have showed you have made improvement to credit score and payments on time

The online portal does not make it easy for payments from accounts outside of M1st. I had difficulty logging on and when I called the branch the person was not very helpful. Had I known that I could only transfer from internal accounts, I would have prepared myself. They should be more informative and transparent about the accounts and payment process.

They don’t know what they’re doing!! I was waiting for my husbands credit card to be mailed to us and finally went to the bank and they said?? Oh we will make it now!! WTH...so it was never sent out to us!!
