Sales staff was Awesome! I haven’t mattress shopped in over a decade… Luckily,Mr. Muñoz was ready to assist. He had answers and plenty of time for more amateur questions. After hitting two other mattress stores I came back to Mattress Firm @ Moore Plaza for one last question. In-house financing and delivery in a few days. Couldn’t have been any easier. This is why I’m a satisfied repeat customer. ?

I rarely write reviews but the delivery crew Luis and Zack were awesome! They set everything up right away, took time to discuss how the bed works and really showed the value of going with Mattress Firm! A++ experience from the purchase to the delivery! I’ll definitely recommend others to this location! This place is a real gem, thanks for the awesome experience!

Domingo was a very patient and helpful. I loved that he wasn’t your typical pushy salesman. Very excited for our new mattress! Thank you for your help Domingo!Update: I’m actually very unsatisfied with this mattress. I thought Tempur-pedic would be the best brand as you hear such good things about it everywhere. This mattress has caused me to have no sleep for three days in a row, lower back pain, and I felt very hot at night. This mattress is over $4000 and has been the worst choice. I’m awaiting the managers phone call to see what we can do to exchange it. I’m not sure how long I can function with no sleep on this rockhard mattress. The mattress in the store felt nothing like this one. I will update my review upon the managers response.Update: The manager never called so I went back to the store a few days later. I was able to switch to the beauty rest mattress and it is soooo much better. I did have to purchase the mattress protector which was $120 and highly overpriced. It is also not specified in the paperwork that you need to purchase the mattress protector with mattress firm to enroll in the 120 night trial sleep program. All it states is that you must purchase a mattress protector, which we did at Kohl’s and it is much cheaper. Mattress firm did not honor what the paperwork said. They need to update the paperwork to specify this. I ended up just giving in and paying the $120 Fee so they would work with me on switching out the mattress which I was grateful for. You also have to pay a restocking fee, which is specified in the paperwork and I was fine with paying. Overall, I am very happy with the beauty rest mattress. My advice would be to definitely purchase the over priced mattress protector to enroll in that program. You have no idea if you will like the mattress and that’s too much money to spend for something that you may hate. Honestly, in the future i’m going to purchase online which I hate doing, but it seems the local businesses can’t work with you as well as the online programs can. Anytime I order online you can always return or swap out if you don’t like the product.
