My mother tried to gift me a credit for a massage. Unfortunately I was not feeling well the day of and we called to see if my husband could go in my place. The customer service we received was not helpful and basically said we would have to pay in full if we did that. And we would lose our credit. Long story short, we were disappointed with the unwillingness to work with us. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but circumstances arise and a good business should be willing to help and accommodate their patrons. We will be cancelling my mother’s membership and looking elsewhere.

I asked for a full body massage with some focus on some areas. The therapist went ahead and worked only on the focus areas and totally neglected any other part. She was excited when the time was up. The pressure was very bad and weak it's like a child giving a massage. I didn't feel great here at all. For the price you pay you expect a top massage but it's nowhere near that.

DOWNGRADED to a 1 star. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was a billing mistake that would be fixed once I spoke to the manager. I called Sunday (20th) and was told manager was gone and would call me Monday. I called Monday (21st) and was told manager was unavailable and would call me before the end of the day. No call. I called today (22nd) and was informed that the manager was unavailable, but that I was the first on the list to call. No call.ORIGINAL post:I booked a 90 minute custom facial. My appointment time was at 2:30pm, and my facial was done at 3:30pm. Obviously, not the 90 minutes that I booked. The facial was good and so was the person who did my facial. When I checked out, I had my receipt emailed to me. FYI - I was not asked if I wanted to join. A few hours later, I was able to check the receipt. Despite being given only a 60 minute facial, I was charged for 90 minutes.

Went to get a massage from Zac and mentioned I was a little hung over and tired. He refused to give me a massage saying it would release alcohol from my muscles or something absurd since massaging your muscles when you have no alcohol in your system will not magically create alcohol. They would not give me a refund either. What a bunch of crooks. Go somewhere else for a massage. I’m going to make a complaint to BBB. You can’t charge someone for a massage then just not do it because you don’t feel like it and not give a refund. Just mind blowing

My experience (facial, full body massage) at this location was gifted by a friend. My service providers, Jessica and Kenny, were great. This was my first experience with body massage and Kenny was amazing - he really helped ease some hip and back pain I have had for years! I wish I lived close by because I would definitely become a regular. Desk/reception staff were also wonderful.

I am a Massage Envy Member and I am glad to learn that they have extended their hours past 5pm, however, I am frustrated that they are no longer open on Sundays. If you work FT and not lucky enough to get one of the limited after 5pm or Saturday appointments, you are out of luck. In addition, when attempting to schedule a facial, the Esthetician is off at 4pm and does not work weekends. Glad that I pay a monthly membership fee for services that I am extremely limited to utilize :(

The increase in prices would be justified if there were more consistent service provided. Also, the new "tipping" service was introduced without explanation of additional fees added to tip by debit or credit card.

Had my first massage since this pandemic started. I'm so glad I finally made time for myself. I will be returning for sure! My therapist was awesome!

My first experience with ME was at the San Antonio location. I had an amazing experience, the staff was extremely tentative and had me fill out a survey to understand fully what I needed and what to focus on. After this experience I wanted to get another massage here at the Corpus location. I was not asked to fill out a similar survey which I figured may be due to my preferences chosen at the time of booking. I specified where my issues where and that I liked deep pressure. My therapist wasn’t as tentative and didn’t have very strong pressure. I asked a few times for a deeper pressure due to the tension I was having in my muscles. She seemed annoyed at my asking and told me she wasn’t a deep pressure therapist. I left feeling worse than I came. I would have rather rescheduled than pay over $100 for something that did not work for me.

Horrible management. No tact. They don't care about the client. Cut off 20 minutes of your massage time because it's "in their policy" that they can. Will never recommend to go here unless you want to waste your money
