Took in an inherited Dyson DC 40 cleaner to Mars Discount Vacuums. Had tried everything and one other shop in town said the motor was burned up. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. He tried replacement hose mount parts but had to order the actuals from online. Definitely recommend & this shop inspires confidence. Store has been in business since 1968 and more recently at this location.

This store is great. Very knowledgeable and fair. Gave me $ 50 credit toward a purchase for my ancient broken vacuum. I bought an Oreck Elevate and am very happy with this vacuum.

Richard was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really helped explain and demonstrate the differences between the Miele and Riccar models we were considering. He was never pushy and even tried to talk us down a model from the one we came in convinced we wanted. Ultimately, he worked with us to get a great price on parts, accessories, and bags. We had purchased an Oreck from him about 6 years ago and he remembered us. I can not recommend MARS vacuum and Richard enoigh.
