I’ll have to say, NOT impressed with the department’s merchandising. Very disappointing. Store looked old and shabby. JC Penny was very well organized, clean. DILLARD’s was on point ! Organized, Clean, FRIENDLY! Every staff member said hello! Great pricing with decent sales
